Does Cold Storage support backing up external, network, SANs and NAS?

Yes, just from the Zoolz/BigMIND desktop software, go to Data Selection → Select the Cold Storage tab → Add Folder → Browse for the designated source to backup from → Save your selections.

You can also specify file filtering options.
