Introduction

If you have upgraded your Zoolz account but do not see the changes reflected on the application, follow these steps to update your account information immediately on your desktop and mobile applications.

 

For Windows Desktop Application

  1. Open the Zoolz desktop application.
  2. Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  3. Hover over the Tools option and click the Synchronize Account option.

For macOS Desktop Application

  1. Click the Zoolz icon at the menu (top) bar.
  2. Hover over the Tools option and click the Synchronize Account option.

 

If you purchased an upgrade using another email than the one linked to your Zoolz account, please contact sales.
