Introduction
If you have upgraded your Zoolz account but do not see the changes reflected on the application, follow these steps to update your account information immediately on your desktop application.
For Windows Desktop Application
- Open the Zoolz desktop application.
- Click the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Hover over the Tools option and click the Synchronize Account option.
For macOS Desktop Application
- Click the Zoolz icon at the menu (top) bar.
- Hover over the Tools option and click the Synchronize Account option.
