Introduction
As a Zoolz subscriber, you have the flexibility to update your payment and billing information through the billing portal associated with your chosen payment method.
Updating Payment Information via 2CheckOut (2CO)
- Navigate to the 2CheckOut Account Login page.
- Log in to your 2CO account using either the email address associated with your payment or the Order Reference number from your latest Zoolz payment receipt. You can find these details in the email confirmation received from the payment portal after successfully completing a payment.
For Stripe Payment Portal Users
If you are utilizing the Stripe payment portal for your Zoolz subscription, please reach out to our Sales team at sales@zoolz.com for assistance in updating your billing information.
