Introduction

When Zoolz desktop application is installed on a Windows machine, a folder named No-Zoolz Zone is created on the desktop. This folder allows users to exclude specific files or folders from being backed up. By dragging and dropping items into this folder, the Zoolz desktop application will skip these during the backup process, even if the entire desktop is selected for backup.

How to Use the No-Zoolz Zone Folder

  1. Locate the No-Zoolz Zone folder on your desktop.
  2. Drag and drop the files or folders you do not want to be backed up into this folder.
  3. Ensure your backup settings include your desktop. Zoolz will automatically exclude the contents of this folder from the backup.
