Can I receive reports for my users backup status?

Yes, you can. As a reseller, you will be able to view your users’ backup status by doing the following:

1. Sign in to your reseller console.
2. From the left menu select Reports

If you want to receive an alert when any of your users hasn’t backed up his machine for certain number of days, then:

1. Click on Settings in the left menu.
2. Refer to the Reports Settings tab.
3. From the drop down menu, select the value you prefer.
4. Save the changes.
