- Sign into your Zoolz online account.
- Refer to the Users/Servers tab.
- Select the Users option from the left-side menu.
- Click the Action icon (
) for the user you want to delete → Select the Delete User option. - Click on OK to confirm.
- Sign into your BigMIND online account.
- From the left-side menu, select Users / Servers
- Select the All Users option from the left-side panel.
- Click the Action icon () for the user you want to delete → Manage Users → Select the Delete User option.
- Click on OK to confirm.
By deleting any user under your account, you will be deleting all the machines under this user as well as their backed up files permanently from Cloud, and all his/her running backups will stop.
