Users Labeling and Grouping

If you go to the Users tab under your Zoolz online account, you will find the labels which will help you color coordinate your users for easier grouping. To search, create and manage labels, use the Label menu button.

Create a label

• Go to the Users/Servers tab → Click the Add Label option on the left-side panel. You will then be able to select a color and the label name.
  

Edit or delete labels

• Go to the Users/Servers tab → Click the Manage Labels option on the left-side panel.
• From the list of your labels, click the Actions icon of the wanted label → Select the Manage Label to edit this label, or the Delete Label to delete it.

Assign labels to users

• Go to the Users/Servers tab → Select the users you wish to add a label to → Click the Label icon → Select the label you want to assign to the selected user.

Perform Mass Action on Labeled Users

Now that you have a group of users with the same label, you can do mass action on them all in one click!

1. Go to the Users/Servers tab. All your labels will be shown on the left-side panel. Click on the wanted label there, and a list of all the users with this label will be shown.
   
2. Select all the users in the displayed list, and perform the wanted mass action on them all, such as changing their policy, setting a storage limit, etc.
