These are the global settings to be applied to all users added under your Zoolz Business/BigMIND account. To check them, please:
- Sign into your Zoolz online account.
- Refer to the Settings tab.
- You will find two tabs there:
- Retention: Specify the file retention settings for Cold Storage data, Instant Storage data and the deleted files.
- Reporting: Here you can specify the email notification and the alerts’ settings and frequency.
- Sign into your BigMIND online account.
- From the left side menu, click on the Settings option.
- You will find three sections there:
- Retention Settings: Specify the file retention settings for Cold Storage data, Hot Storage data and the deleted files.
- Retention Settings (Advanced): Add a new retention rule for specific user/directory.
- Client Storage Alerts Settings: You can control whether you want to show or hide storage alerts on BigMIND desktop software.
