To solve this problem, please do the following:
- Sign into your Zoolz online account.
- From the Dashboard page, click on the Download Zoolz button. In this way, you will be downloading the latest setup file of Zoolz.
- Once the download completes, run the downloaded setup file and select the Repair/Update Zoolz option.
- Sign into your BigMIND online account.
- The Welcome to BigMIND dialog will be opened. Use it to download the setup file of BigMIND on your machine.
- Once the download completes, run the downloaded setup file and select the Repair/Update BigMIND option.
