To solve this problem, please do the following:

  1. Sign into your Zoolz online account.
  2. From the Dashboard page, click on the Download Zoolz button. In this way, you will be downloading the latest setup file of Zoolz.dashboard
  3. Once the download completes, run the downloaded setup file and select the Repair/Update Zoolz option.

  1. Sign into your BigMIND online account.
  2. The Welcome to BigMIND dialog will be opened. Use it to download the setup file of BigMIND on your machine.

  3. Once the download completes, run the downloaded setup file and select the Repair/Update BigMIND option.
