You can easily reset your password, by doing the following:
- Go to: https://cloud3.zoolz.com/ForgetPassword
- Enter your Zoolz account’s email in the blank field, and click the Submit button.
- You will receive an email from no-reply@zoolz.com with a link to reset your password; click on this link and, from the window that will appear, enter the new password.
If you cannot find the email in the Inbox, please check the Spam folder.
- Important! Once the Zoolz login password is updated, and if you have the Zoolz desktop software installed on a computer already, go ahead and right-click the Zoolz agent (Icon) at the system tray (Taskbar) of this computer → Tools → Synchronize Account.
This way, the Zoolz desktop software will be asking you to enter the updated Zoolz login credentials. Please do. Otherwise, the backup will stop.

- Enter your BigMIND account’s email in the blank field, and click the Submit button.
- You will receive an email from no-reply@zoolz.com with a link to reset your password; click on this link and, from the window that will appear, enter the new password.
If you cannot find the email in the Inbox, please check the Spam folder.
- Important! Once the BigMIND login password is updated, and if you have the BigMIND desktop software installed on a computer already, go ahead and right-click the BigMIND agent (Icon) at the system tray (Taskbar) of this computer → Tools → Synchronize Account.
This way, the BigMIND desktop software will be asking you to enter the updated BigMIND login credentials. Please do. Otherwise, the backup will stop. - Important! If you have the BigMIND mobile application installed on a smartphone already, go ahead and open the BigMIND app → Tap the Menu icon () at the upper left corner → Settings → Account Info → Sync Account.
This way, the BigMIND mobile app will ask you to sign in again using the new credentials so it can proceed backing up your data.
