As a Branded Partner, you have access, by default, to our generic branded Android & iOS mobile app, called Cosmic Cloud.

You can customize this Cosmic Cloud app to add your own brand name and logo. This way, once your clients install the app and sign into their accounts through it, they will see your customized version of the app including your company name, company short description, company logo, and app theme color.
To customize the generic Cosmic Cloud app, here is what you need to do:
- Sign into the Partners system.
- On the left-hand pane, click on Branding.
- Under the Mobile App tab, provide all the needed Company Information and select the Theme Color from the available themes.
- Click the Save button.
However, if you want a fully customized mobile app setup, then you need to contact your account manager to obtain the requirements presentation and exact technical & financial details for this. There are two different fully customized mobile app types you could select for an additional one-time setup cost along with a small annual maintenance fee. The following are the two types:
- White-Label Basic.
- White-Label Pro.
